ICS was launched in the early 70s as Institute for Civil Services, primarily to train the students preparing for civil service examination.The mission is to assist, guide and empower students by making teaching them how to adapt themselves to the changing needs of civil society towards skill development, that ultimately leads to career development and opens up job opportunities.
